  • The final product is materially different from the item shown on the product page.

Replacements & Exchanges

  • We typically do not accept returns or refunds due to incorrect size, color, or design selection.

  • However, if you wish to exchange for another size or product, we can assist you. In such cases, customers are responsible for shipping and a small handling fee (varies by product type).

  • If the item you received is incorrect (wrong size, design, or printing error), we will replace it free of charge.

Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

Order Cancellations & Modifications

  • Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase.

  • Once production begins or the order has shipped, we cannot modify or cancel it.

  • Orders using promo codes or discounts are not eligible for cancellation or modification to apply new promotions.

Important Notes

  • Please allow up to 20% variation between advertised product images and the actual item due to lighting, screen display differences, and production variations.

  • Shipping delays caused by incorrect customer information, missed deliveries, or customs clearance are not eligible for refunds. However, we will always do our best to help resolve the issue.

  • In most cases where an issue occurs, we will simply re-ship the item at no additional cost.

Discount & Promo Codes

  • Promo, coupon, or discount codes cannot be applied to previous or pending orders.

  • Discounts have no cash value and cannot be combined with other offers.
